After your project has been planned and quoted, we begin the design
process by gathering your content and data. This includes photographs
of people, products and facilities, any brochures or PR material you
have had developed, copy that you have written (we can do copy writing
for a fee), and catalogs, spreadsheets and other data for shopping
cart sites.
At the same time, we will work with you to generally lay out what
information you want to have placed on each page, a general "storyboard"
of the site.
Also at the same time, we will setup a hosting account and any necessary
e-commerce software at the domain name you have registered for your
site. This will enable you to use email at your domain name (for example:
william@xyzcompany.com) to communicate with customers and will also
display a temporary "under construction" page to visitors
until the site is complete.
After these items have been completed, we will begin the actual assembly
process of the web site proof.
Upon completion of the proof, we will work with you to refine the
content and design to your satisfaction.
